Fuzhou Qunsheng International District D (福州群升國際d區), located at No. 39 Annan Road (安南路39號), is a residential community in Taijiang (台江). It is under Longshen Property Management Co., Ltd.

Common sources of TVOC include paints (such as formaldehyde), lacquers, cleaning supplies, furnishings, office equipment, glues, alcohol, and human breath. According to National Centre of Quality Inspection and Testing for Air Conditioning Equipment，IAQ devices of Monitair can removed formaldehyde, TVOC and lower PM 2.5，removed 1 – 2 μm pollutants at 99.6% an 2.5 μm pollutants at 98.8%。

Bipolar Ionization technology has been proven by independent laboratory tests (EMSL Analytical in USA and Kitasato Research Center in Japan) that can killed Coronavirus, H1N1, H5N1 and Staphylococcus aureus within 10 minutes. According to National Centre of Quality Inspection & Testing for Air Conditioning Equipment, Monitair’s bipolar ionizer can remove 99.9 % of virus.

Monitair’s bipolar ionizer can release positive, negative ions and free radicals to oxidise organic compounds to intermediate byproducts and eventually to terminal products of carbon dioxide and water. Processes involving reactions with air ions include: (i) recombination with other air ions, and (ii) reaction with gaseous molecules. These two processes may be involved in the removal of volatile organic compounds. Common odourous compounds that can be removed : Ammonia, Hydrogen Sulfide, Methanethiol etc. As the result, the smell after renovation was removed.
