Shanghai Commercial Bank Tower (SCBT) is a grade A office building located in the core business area of Central. The 140,000 sq. ft. SCBT, comprising 24 levels of office space.

2 levels of retail shopping and 2 levels of mechanical. With Covid-19 and the high elevator traffic at peak hour, Shanghai Commercial Bank was looking for an IAQ solution to purify air quality in the lift and reduce the risk of airborne transmission.

IonAir EC1500 has been integrated in all 6 lifts in the building, including 4 high speed passenger lifts, 1 service lift and 1 cargo lift to protect 25 floors of users and visitors of the building. Second Phase of installation will be conducted in the SAD office area of the building to protect tenant and staff.
