15 x IA 1600 were installed at the HVAC outlets of the clubhouse, which covering an area of 500 square meters (a total of 2 floors) and tested was conducted in different rooms.

The optimal 25,000 ion/cm3 achieved after installation of bipolar ionization devices. Bipolar Ionization technology has been proven by independent laboratory tests (such as EMSL Analytical in USA and Kitasato Research Center in Japan) that can effectively killed Coronavirus, Influenza H1N1, H5N1 and Staphylococcus aureus within 10 minutes. According to National Centre of Quality Inspection and Testing for Air Conditioning Equipment, bipolar ionizer of Monitair can remove 99.9 % of virus.

Bipolar Ionization air treatment device is proven to protect the building from harmful pollutants with satisfactory TVOC level. Common sources of TVOC include paints (such as formaldehyde), lacquers, cleaning supplies, furnishings, office equipment, glues, alcohol, and human breath.

Guest Room (East): PM 2.5 decreased 10.7% in half hour, changed from “Mild Pollution” to “Good” and have downward trend.

SPA Room: PM2.5 decreased 22.4% in half hour, changed from “Mild Pollution” to “Good” and have downward trend.

Guest Room (South): In the room without bipolar ionizer, PM 2.5 keeping at “Mild Pollution” without any improvement.
