Lize Jintang High-end Apartment located at Beijing Third Ring. The Lize Digital FinTech Demonstration Park is located in the core area of Lize Financial Business District, it covers an expansive area of around 67,800 square meters and a floor area spanning approximately 500,000 square meters, with a diverse range of buildings, including high-end commercial buildings, multifunctional commercial complexes, and accommodations for talented individuals.
The project adopts WUJA system (六恒科技系統) that is, constant in temperature, humidity, oxygen, noiseless, cleanliness and wisdom. Ensuring noiseless and with 24-hour fresh air indoor, with no humid. WUJA system is different from traditional air conditioners, which creates an energy-saving, environment friendly, healthy and comfortable environment at home.
The usage of WUJA system can maximize the benefits of bipolar ionization, the 24-hour fresh air system can fill the whole indoor space with oxygen.
The developer of Lize Jintang High-end Apartment deployed Monitair’s bipolar ionization devices, 2 x IA 1600 Box and 15 x EC 1500 were installed at two 280 square meters demonstration unit and test was conducted.

Test results shown that the negative oxygen ion level in the living room of the demonstration room, located 1.3 meters from the air outlet, was as high as 120,000+ ions/cm3. A study in the UK mentioned that when ion level maintained at 7,000 ions/cm3, can effectively deactivate 99% of influenza H5N1 virus within 10 minutes. Also, domestic research has shown that when the negative ions concentration over 2,100/cm3, the human immune system and self-healing ability will be enhanced.
In the central part of the living room, the ion level reaches 3,000 ions/cm3, which is more than ten times higher than the normal indoor ion level.
